Our client is a financial services organisation with a focus to transform the way they deliver excellence and innovation.    We currently have a need for a Project Manager with a business focus to under go a new and exciting peice of work around Lending Systems.
The Project Manager will lead and manage a portfolio of worksteams to deliver business and/or technology solutions as part of a time-critical program of work.  The Project Manager will report to the Program Director and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects this Lending workstream to ensuring that all in-scope deliverables are completed on time and on budget. 

This position will start in November and is initially a 6 month engagement.

Key accountabilities and capabilities of the position include:

  • Governance of allocated workstreams within the context of the overall program’s objectives
  • Management of scope, scheduling and successful completion of deliverables for the workstream
  • Risk and issue management
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Coordination of resourcing including availability of SME and BAU resources to enable completion of key activities
  • Partner and vendor management
  • Adherence to the Group’s Project Execution Framework and ownership of associated project artefacts
  • Preparation of status reports for the Program Management Office and Project Steering Committee
Due to the nature of the program lending systems experience is required for this role.


  • University degree and/or project management qualification ie Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) or equivalent
