About the Role A Business Analyst is required to join a growing and extensive program of work in the Central Coast. The contract is an initial 6 month engagement and expects the candidate to have worked within Property and Rating Projects.
Liaise with business leads and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to validate and document business requirements
In alignment with agreed business requirements, develop solution design specifications (ie. process, functional, data.) that align with project objectives and scope
Analyse and evaluate business needs to determine the most appropriate business solution options, defining business benefits in consultation with business SMEs and project leads
Facilitate workshops and meetings with project stakeholders, user groups and Product Leads and other subject matter experts
Support communication between business and Technology representatives on all matters of solution design throughout the life of the project
Work with SMEs to ensure alignment between business requirements, communication collateral, user acceptance testing and training plans
Provide input to and assist in activities related to testing, training, business readiness and post implementation support
Work with business stakeholders to objectively and fearlessly review and remove outdated processes and system functions to optimise business transformation and create efficient end to end business processes
Identify and analyse any gaps in data and articulate in simple language, the context to which subsequent data models are formed
Experience in data migration and cleansing on a large-scale project, ideally with consolidation of systems
Strong relationship development skills and ability to build a strong, collaborative relationship with Program, Project and 3rd Party teams
