Ethos BeathChapman is a privately owned and operated Executive Recruitment firm with offices in Australia, Singapore, Japan, Turkey and Amsterdam.  The Sydney head office has identified a need for a Process Improvement Analyst to join the business at a time of significant growth and ahead of a CRM roll-out. 
The Process Improvement Analyst will have a dual focus; firstly, to work with the back office risk and finance team to map current risk controls within the contractor onboarding process and to produce improved future state process maps that can be provided to the CRM vendor ahead of implementation. Secondly, your focus will be on the improvement and modernisation of the current procedure documentation for contractor onboarding with a particular focus on legal, risk and compliance.
To be a success in this role you will have a good mix of the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in the use of problem-solving methodologies in process design/process improvement utilising process management concepts and insights.
  • Demonstrated experience documenting and reviewing detailed business requirement and functional specifications.
  • Experience in measurement and analysis of data to baseline key legal, risk and compliance data.
  • Experience in collating and analysing data, identifying trends and mitigating risk through process analysis.
  • Proven ability to build relationships within key stakeholders across risk, compliance and legal business lines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills.

This a unique opportunity to work with a wonderful team culture, offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $85,000 including superannuation.
