The Business Process Analyst is part of a new program to improve processes and functional of current business systems and portals. The role will lead high level and detailed current state and future process analysis and mapping; facilitate workshops to define and document business requirements and trace through to delivery; work with a technical Business Analyst to align functional requirements; deliver gap analysis and support UAT. Expeirience in the Education sector is preferred.

Skill and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in end to end business and process analysis using enterprise business modelling tools
  • Previous experience working in the government and private sector - experience in the Education sector and student management, student experience projects is ideal
  • Excellent verbal and written skills together with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels
  • Experience creating high quality project and program artefacts, within emerging or existing frameworks
  • Persistent, effective problem solver with a mix of analytical and creative thinking
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint skills
  • PRINCE2 Methodology certification or equivalent awareness/experience
  • Agile Delivery, SDLC experience and Vendor Management desirable
