Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key clients is currently seeking a PMO Lead to focus on creating an internal governance division to assist with the efficient delivery of commercial ICT business.
We would like to speak to experienced PMO professionals with proven PMO and project delivery capabilities, ideally those who have experience in setting up a new PMO function that governs the way that project managers operate.

This is an exciting opportunity with plenty of scope to work in a complex environment and build upon your existing Project skills and experience.  You will have a passion for driving and managing change that brings process and people together.  Strong PMO and Project Management experience will see you succeed in this role.  

Responsibilities will also include:
  • Creating governance, compliance with strong regulatory knowledge around project delivery in a technology environment, similar to a CoE or PMO.
  • Benchmarking services
  • Knowledge management
  • Develop and implement standards and templates to manage large programs of work
  • Assess impacts from commercial engagements through to BAU
  • Implement tools and frameworks to manage and deliver large commercial deals
  • Reporting
  • Develop Recruitment and workforce management strategies that can be scaled depending on project demands
  • Team leadership
  • Organisational change
  • Strong stakeholder and influencing capabilities
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
This position would suit a PMO professional with project/program delivery experience that is interested in contributing to standing up a PMO for a large financial services division. Plenty of initiative and energy will position you to succeed in this role.
