The Change Manager is part of a large Cyber Security Portfolio to uplift Cyber Security Capabilities across technology, processes and people. The role is responsible for ensuring business readiness and delivering Change management for one of more projects. It works closely with the project team and business owners to identify stakeholders and business impacts and develop and implement the change management plans; it leads consultation and engagement processes with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate critical business impacts and advises on mitigation; it works with HR to develop cultural change and transition plans and assists with the implementation into BAU.
Skills and experience:
Solid hands-on experience delivering successful end to end Change as part of large-scale and complex digital business transformation programs - a mix of government and corporate is ideal
Solid experience working as a Manager developing and leading change management activities for cyber projects
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver workforce change initiatives
Strong engagement and facilitation skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly and engage and inspire key stakeholders, as well as strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise change readiness activities according to operational impact and urgency
Sound knowledge of formal change management principles, methodologies and tools including Prosci certification
Relevant degree and/or professional certification – Prosci
