The Business Analyst is working with the Business team to analyse and document operational data and develop options for workforce planning and rostering. Expert Excel skills and data analysis and modelling is a must. Experience in rostering and/or workforce or resource planning is an advantage.
Skills & Experience required:
Demonstrated experience as a business analyst, delivering a combination of data analysis, reporting and modelling
Advanced Excel skills
The ability to define detailed operational requirements and develop fit for purpose options
Experience in resource or workforce planning and/or rostering in beneficial
Qualification in a tertiary field of study with core knowledge relating to business analysis, statistics, or methods.
