Skills & Experience required:
- Demonstrated experience as a business analyst, delivering a combination of research, analysis and reporting for human resources, shared services, organisational development, or similar service context in large federated environments
- The ability to define detailed business requirements and articulate fit for purpose options
- End to end process analysis and mapping
- Experience in BI and data analytics
- Qualification in a tertiary field of study with core knowledge relating to business analysis, statistics, or methods.
