The Business Analysts are part of a customer service transformation to enhance customer experience through a customer centric service organisation. This role is responsible  providing  end to end analysis, documentation and reporting  of  current customer service processes, procedures, service guidelines, business rules, benefits identification and data analytics.
Skills & Experience required:
  • Demonstrated experience as a business analyst, delivering a combination of research, analysis and reporting for human resources, shared services, organisational development, or similar service context in large federated environments
  • The ability to define detailed business requirements and articulate fit for purpose options
  • End to end process analysis and mapping
  • Experience in BI and data analytics
  • Qualification in a tertiary field of study with core knowledge relating to business analysis, statistics, or methods.
