Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies aligned to business growth priorities.
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise and public-sector decision-makers.
- Build deep account intelligence, including stakeholder mapping, buying committee analysis, and account prioritization.
- Partner closely with Sales to improve targeting, lead qualification, pipeline conversion, and opportunity readiness.
- Manage lead scoring, qualification frameworks, and demand workflows from prospecting through sales handoff.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to deliver compelling, outcome-focused messaging and campaign assets.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, focusing on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation and account-based marketing within health tech, insurtech or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proven success managing ABM programs for large enterprise accounts with long and complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, lead scoring, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable translating data into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
