Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in solution design and testing, with a degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Proven track record in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably Agile
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Figma, Miro, JIRA) and facilitating workshops, focus groups, and sprint reviews
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills with ability to drive outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, engaging users at all levels and facilitating discussions
- Ability to code, iterate during planning sessions, and conduct workshops effectively
