Our client (clinical trial software and analytics) is looking for a Senior Statistical Programmer to lead statistical programming and related activities at the project level. Partnering with global teams, you will be accountable for delivering quality solutions to address clients’ complex needs, maintaining a detailed validation plan, as well as ensuring the products complied with clinical trial regulatory requirements and corporate adopted SOPs. As a Team Lead, you will mentor junior programmers, keep an oversight of the latest industry development, and may be involved in designing new statistical programming processes and/or existing process optimization initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you should hold a MS/BS major in Statistics | Computer Science | Mathematics | related disciplines, familiar with drug development, relevant regulatory and data submission guidelines. Proficiency in SAS, CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium), ADaM (Analysis Data Model) and SDTM (Study Data Tabulation Model) are non-negotiables.  You will have 3-6 years’ exposure in biostatistical or statistical programming involving clinical development in pharma / biotech / CRO setting, preferably holding a statistical lead function.
