What do we need:
We are looking for a full stack UI/UX senior professional accountable for working with the Global and North American product team to create an exceptional experience for the customers.

What’s special about this role:
In this role you will sit on the Global Digital Product and Experience Design team (DXD) with a number of amazing world-class designers. You will support a number of Agile Product Teams in delivering world class software experiences, ranging from Native iOS apps to responsive web experiences. The DXD team is made up of both high-level agency resources and internal UI/UX professionals located in Michigan, California, Singapore and around the globe. Together, you will create next level experiences for the customers and Independent Business Owners (IBOs). Required qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Digital technologies, or Software Engineering or related field
  • 10 years experience in UX/UI Design and Digital Product Management
  • A Front End or Full stack designer equally comfortable with UX (User Experience) Design
    and UI (User Interface) Design.
  • Skilled at providing UX Deliverables to Agile Product Teams including:
    Wireframes, User Flows, Journey Maps.
  • Skilled Technical Designer with production design experience creating Low Fidelity Mockups,
    High Fidelity Visual Designs, and Interactive Prototypes
  • Expert level with at least one of the follow Tools: Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma (Figma is our tool of choice)
  • Comfortable partnering and pushing the Product Teams to create a world class user experiences.

  • Advocate for the user’s experience in digital experiences
  • Ideally, you have worked in good startups in your career
  • You are independent and enjoy collaborative problem solving with a technology team
  • In-depth experience in UI/UX Design work
  • Deep understanding of customers and business owner needs and the ability to bring the voice of the customer/business owner to the table to inform product decisions
  • Ability to empathize with customers and needs of personas within these broader groups
  • Ability to interpret business needs and user data into actionable experience changes
  • Can draw connections between customer needs and design solutions
  • Ability to collaborate and be flexible with your product team regarding design solutions, design requirements, and time frames.
  • You have a natural curiosity about human behavior and a data driven decision making mindset
  • Comfortable creating prototypes for testing and illustration purposes
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and support a point of view on experience and visual design
  • Familiar with universal design patterns for responsive web and mobile applications
  • Exhibit exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to ensure final UI quality
  • Functional understanding of coding, experience conversing with and handing off designs to engineering
  • Ability to create wireframes, design layouts, design components
  • Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
  • Analyzing experience performance and determining design optimizations
