I'm looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join a fast paced, High Impact Innovation Programme within a NSW Gov organisation. You will work with smart, collaborative teams to deliver meaningful work.
 
This Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analysis, requirements gathering, selection, development and delivery of integrated solutions for large and complex Salesforce programs and Projects within NSW Government. The position works with both internal and external delivery partners within the Technology Command team.

Duties:
  • Research, analyse and document data / information specifically within the Data and Integration domains.
  • Experienced in Agile methodology with delivery of agile projects and programs in the digital space.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Business Analysts.
  • Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders / SMEs to capture information required for the creation of complex data models and map information flows.
  • Document data requirements for both internal NSWPF and external agencies interfaces including interim and target state architecture.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify data required to support current and target state business processes.
  • Drive the design, documentation and development of technical requirements and functional specifications using context diagrams and process models.
  • Elicit and document user requirements using various techniques which include but not limited to interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
  • Prepare technical requirements for system test plans relating to data and integration scenarios and work with the Test Manager to ensure delivery of quality systems.
About the role:
 
$850 + super per day
Contract till June 2024!
Olympic park office location
Hybrid working - 2 days per week WFH
