A leading financial service portfolio is extending their regulatory, risk and compliance capabilities across several streams. The Program Manager's role will support the planning, coordination, transformation and change activities required to roll out and operationalise Value Chain Management.

The position is a 18 month fixed term engagement starting in August/September 2022.

Reporting to the program director, the opportunity will roll out value streams across the a banking division in addition to building the BAU program.
 
This is a stand alone program role with no direct reports. You will build a delivery program from existing BAU resources, in addition to the build and developmet of governance (SteerCo / working groups), reporting etc.

Ideally you might have value chain management and goverance experience from other banking instituations such as CBA or Westpac.

What do I need?

Essential:
  • A minimum of 10+ years experience in project delivery ideally that are technology, business, risk and compliance (controls) and regulatory driven projects within financial services
  • Experience engaging with and managing senior stakeholders including risk and compliance teams
  • Experience managing multiple activities simultaneously
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery - business case development through to execution and implementation
  • Value chain management, controls and/or goverance experience
