As a Senior PowerBI Developer, you will review and improve the existing PowerBI based products in the team and deliver the product design protocol for future PowerBI based products. You will work with a team of experienced analysts and a UX designer to deliver improvements to the existing products. You have exposure to various central and human services government agencies, the NSW Government Cloud Analytics Platform, and work on NSW’s largest linked human services data asset in government.


Key Responsibilities:
- Review and improve the PowerBI based products in the team, end-to-end including data ingestion, data model, data warehouse set up, and visualisation designs
- Deliver a product protocol for future PowerBI based products
- Implement changes in the front end and train up other analysts in the team to make these changes.

Successful candidates will: 
- Have demonstrated experience with end-to-end PowerBI based product development
- Be experienced in Python or R, and cloud-based data warehouse such as Snowflake

Ideal candidates will: 
- Have 7 years+ industry experience in PowerBI based product development
- Experience in data preparation and use of R or PYTHON, PowerBI (or similar)
- Knowledge in database management
- Is passionate in improving client outcomes through human services
