Our client (a listed MNC Pharmaceutical) is looking for a Marketing Manager / Senior Product Manager for their expanding Beijing Team.

  • Provide support to Sales & Marketing Head in the thinking and commercial strategy for RRD business in China.
  • Responsible for RRD Products strategy and action plan development and flawless execution in compliance way.
  • Continuously maintain fact-based perspective on the China market, competitive activity and performance. Adjust market/product strategy and plans to influence/meet changing market to ensure the organization is pursuing the most promising and valuable business opportunities.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and work closely with the sales team to manage the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders as well as market influencers.
  • Rapidly develop sales pipeline by introducing new applications by leveraging RRD’s existing product lines or introducing newly NMPA_ approved applications for product line.
  • Responsible for the production and distribution of on-label product information, training materials and application notes by following company related SOP requirements. Frequently work closely with global marketing and product management to develop relevant materials that refer to products’ on- label uses to be used in China market.
  • Ensure that sales, support and service are kept informed of any technical or strategic issues that may affect their roles.
  • Providing Sales team with applications advice for RRD’s products or NMPA approved applications advice for regulated products, ensuring products is targeted appropriately to satisfy customer needs and expectations.
  • Use customer relationships, technical expertise and product knowledge to assist local and regional marketing in the planning and coordination of activities such as product launches, promotional campaigns, marketing communications, market research and competitive activity.


  • BS/BA in business, marketing or health sciences.
  • 7 years above extensive Marketing & Product experience in MNC Pharma.
  • Experience in orphan drugs or oncology products are preferred.
  • Fluent written and oral English.
  • Strong presentation skill.
  • Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic and strong team player.
