Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that sales objectives are met by work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics/Warehousing departments.
  • To collaborate closely with the sales operations team on assigned accounts to maximize sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities to meet monthly targets.
  • Analyze customer category and brand sales and evaluate assigned account promotions for business opportunities to increase sales, volume, and distribution.
  • To establish rapport and good business relationships with customers, as well as to serve as a valuable company conduit to ensure that the company's interests are protected while meeting the needs of customers and consumers.
  • Continuously monitoring the service level of assigned accounts to minimize lost sales opportunities and to continue providing feedback on trade and competitor market developments to ensure that the company remains relevant with trade customers.
  • Conduct quarterly or bi-annual business reviews with assigned accounts to improve sales performance and expand company business.


  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Key Accounts Executive in an FMCG environment is a must.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and numerical skills
  • Team Leadership/People Management Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Holds a Class 3 driver's license, preferably with own vehicle
