The Company: -
As a reputable legal firm within their industry, this well-known organisation is looking for talented Accounts Receivable / Billing officer to join their team based in Hong Kong.
This role is to start immediately! 

Responsibilities: -
  • Reviewing billing records to ensure accuracy
  • Strong Accounts receivable experience
  • Meet billing deadlines as well as keeping detailed records of billings
  • Mailing invoices to clients & uploading invoices to the e-billing system
  • Participating in audits when necessary
  • Time transfer between matters based on the discretion of the partners
  • Assist and support all billers within the team as well as training new billers/ secretaries based on company’s best practices
  • Produce reports for management upon their request
  • Ad Hoc assignments

Requirements: -
  • Degree in Accountancy is preferred
  • 2 - 3 years' relevant working experience in financial and management accounting
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS office) and hands-on experience in SAP is preferred
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proactive with excellent interpersonal, organizational & communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate available is preferred, or with a maximum of a 1 month notice period
