Key Responsibilities
- Lead research programs that support business and customer goals.
- Test and refine new ideas through prototypes and usability checks.
- Share clear insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Proven years of experience in UI/UX, design, or behavioral research across digital products.
- Advanced capability in both qualitative and quantitative methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
- Proven strength in turning complex data and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions.
- Hands-on proficiency with leading research and collaboration platforms such as UserTesting, Dovetail, Miro, and Figma.
- Strong grounding in research governance, compliance, and data privacy within regulated environments.
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
