- Our client is a well-established organisation in the midst of a large-scale modernisation programme.
- At the heart of this transformation is a flagship digital platform designed to reshape how the organisation manages procurement by making the experience significantly more efficient for both internal teams and external partners.
- As the Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind this platform by owning its direction, championing its users, and ensuring it delivers real, measurable value.
Your Impact
This is not a maintenance role. You will be shaping something consequential; a platform used by a large and diverse user base, with complexity that demands both sharp strategic thinking and strong execution muscle. You'll be the person who connects the dots between what users need, what the business requires, and what the technology can deliver.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set the direction. Own the product vision and translate it into a clear, prioritised roadmap that the team can rally behind
- Stay close to users. Regularly engage with end users and stakeholders to understand pain points, uncover opportunities, and validate assumptions
- Drive delivery. Partner with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality features on time, removing blockers and keeping momentum
- Make sense of the data. Establish meaningful metrics, track product performance, and use those insights to sharpen your decisions
- Align the room. Manage relationships across a broad set of stakeholders — from frontline teams to senior leadership — keeping everyone informed and moving in the same direction
- Keep improving. Foster a culture of iteration, learning from what works and course-correcting quickly when it doesn't
- Build capability. Play an active role in growing digital and data literacy across the wider team
What You Bring
- 8 years or more in product management, with meaningful experience in enterprise software or SaaS
- A track record of taking products from zero to one, with outcomes you can speak to
- The ability to hold the big picture in one hand and the details in the other, without losing grip on either
- Strong communication and influencing skills; you're credible with engineers, designers, and executives alike
- Solid grounding in agile ways of working and comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- A relevant degree in technology, engineering, or a related discipline
