Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for rewards and loyalty features.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through development, testing, launch, and iteration, working closely with UI/UX, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
- Design reward mechanics that influence purchasing behaviour while maintaining cost efficiency and sustainable ROI.
- Partner with data and business teams to track performance, analyse effectiveness, and identify optimisation opportunities for promotional features.
- Provide post-launch support, including user education, issue analysis, and continuous product enhancement.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in product management or product development, ideally within consumer-facing mobile or web platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Promotion or Marketing products in the digital payment industry.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as this role will work closely with China-based vendors.
