The Role:
The Organization Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for driving organization-wide change initiatives that enable successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working. The role focuses on aligning stakeholders, preparing users, and embedding sustainable change through structured change management practices.
Recognizing that many organizational shifts are triggered or enabled by technology migration, this role ensures people are ready, capable, and confident to transition to new systems, processes, and operating models—ultimately supporting productivity, adoption, and value realization at scale.

Role Mission:
Lead enterprise-wide change by driving stakeholder alignment, user readiness, training, and communication for technology-enabled transformations. Use adoption insights and feedback to continuously improve change approaches, ensuring teams successfully transition to new ways of working and realize intended business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, standardize, and embed change management frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Drive change management for technology migration and adoption programs, ensuring user readiness and sustained adoption
  • Engage and align stakeholders at all levels, building strong sponsorship and managing resistance
  • Design and execute integrated communication and change plans that translate technical change into clear business impacts
  • Define and support training and enablement strategies to build change capability and confidence
  • Measure readiness, adoption, and change effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve outcomes.

Essential Requirement:
  • 6 yrs of experience in running organization change management projects and 2 years of experience in a Manager capacity.
  • Demonstrated involvement in technology-driven transformation or migration programs.
  • Experience developing and applying structured change management frameworks.
  • Background working in complex, cross-functional, or enterprise environments.
  • Globally recognised Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci) desirable
  • Ability to Build playbook comprising of tools and templates
