Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in operations, service delivery, or vendor management with success in large‑scale projects.
- Proven ability to oversee vendor operations across counter services, back‑end processing, and enquiry channels.
- Skilled in leading process re‑engineering, digitalisation, and automation to improve service standards.
- Expertise in managing outsourced providers under performance‑based contracts.
- Strong background in executing operational strategies that drive efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
