My client is a leading Crypto Firm and we are looking for a KYC Lead to join the team in Singapore. You will be overseeing all KYC and Onboarding related matters and will also be leading a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the firm’s global KYC strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and business goal
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing KYC team across multiple jurisdictions
- Act as the primary subject matter expert on KYC, CDD (Customer Due Diligence), and EDD
- Monitor any high-risk transactions and mitigate any Risks in the business
- Carry out investigation work should there be any alerts, red flags etc
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field
- At least 8 years of KYC experience – ideally with experience across payments and crypto
- Ability to lead a team
- Able to work independently
- Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
