Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing
- Proven experience in at least one full software or product development cycle (Agile preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills across all levels
- Ability to code, iterate during planning sessions, and conduct workshops effectively
- A Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) is preferred
- Experience in Agile, Knowledge Management, or Service Design is an advantage.
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
