Winnie leads the legal, risk & compliance vertical in China at Ethos BeathChapman, overseeing qualified legal and business support recruitment across private practice and the financial, technology and other commercial in-house sectors. She has a proven track record in placing legal talents of all seniorities, including General Counsel, Partners, and associates for MNCs, TMT Giants, both international and PRC firms.

Winnie is a law graduate, with her LLM from the States, and over her years in legal recruitment, has established strong market knowledge over numerous practice areas including dispute resolution, corporate, investment funds, IP/TMT and real estate and more. She is frequently endorsed by her clients and candidates as being the best advisor, providing effective solutions and genuine advice for achieving recruitment objectives and career goals.

Prior to Ethos BeathChapman, Winnie was with a large APAC-focused specialist legal recruitment firm, where she was responsible for its legal and company secretarial portfolios. Even though she started her career with risk assurance consulting, she eventually found her interest in recruitment.
