Ron Castillo

Ron has over 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing with a focus on the EMEA region. He specializes in finding strong talent in the banking and financial industries from his exposure to both in-house and RPO settings.

Ron is skilled in strategic sourcing, market mapping and advisory, and stakeholder partnering. Prior to working in sourcing, he graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Psychology. He also is trilingual, having learned German at the Goethe Institute.

Outside of work, he finds joy in whipping up new dishes in the kitchen, having fun with friends while playing video games and board games, and sketching the beautiful things that he sees in nature.
