Richard Hao is a Director on the Life Sciences team at EBC. With 11 years of experience in the healthcare industry and executive search consulting, he has a successful track record in understanding his clients’ requirements and identifying appropriate talent across Greater China.

Richard's expertise spans across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Medical Technology sectors. Working closely with senior management and board members of client organizations, he successfully recruited senior leaders for R&D, Commercial and Financial functions from the clients which included leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices companies, research organizations, etc.

Prior to his search career, Richard was in marketing and business development positions with different pharmaceutical & medical devices companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Johnson and Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Stryker in China. He also spent a few years with reputable multinational recruitment firms.
