Paul leads Ethos BeathChapman’s Financial Technology and Technology practices in Singapore. Since moving to Asia at the beginning of 2017, he has focused on headhunting and partnering with financial software houses and financial information providers to build their sales teams and sales management capacity across APAC.

Paul brings a very robust global network of sales talent and a strong understanding of technology. He has successfully placed various levels of both sales and product executives in Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong.

He originally started his recruitment career in 2011 in the UK, focusing on placing multiple level sales executives with technology vendors. He then progressed into the vendor space, providing digital MarTech and technology infrastructure solutions to the financial services and public sectors.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys travelling and is a huge sports fan, following football, boxing and the occasional round of golf. He holds a BSc Hons degree in Football Technology and is trained with the Miller Heiman solutions methodology.
