Nicole Balbona

​Nicole is a Senior Consultant at Ethos BeathChapman and specialises in working with mid to senior-level insurance and reinsurance professionals, successfully placing in leading brokers, insurers and MNCs. She has over 4 and a half years of experience working in the insurance market and has developed a strong network across Hong Kong.

She takes pride in building and fostering long-term relationships with professionals in the industry and providing excellent service to both candidates and clients.

Nicole graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and trying new restaurants and bars.
