Her work performance surprised a few too. Just three years into EBC, Chew has stormed into the top performers list and earned herself two promotions.
Naturally, we asked her how she does it.

Chew was empowered to work on highly senior searches regionally at EBC, and given flexibility to recruit for roles across a broad Legal practice before specialising in her area of interest. From there, she relished the opportunity to take ownership of her professional branding and domain: as a specialist headhunter in the legal and compliance field across Asia.
