Realising Nick would make a far better mentor than competitor, when the opportunity arose within EBC’s Hong Kong office, Ben was quick to put himself forward. What kind of person would thrive here?
Mature, competitive, organised, responsible and motivated people. No one will be on your case, hound or micromanage you. You need to take ownership. I'd say 'competitive' because you don’t want to be at the bottom of the pack!
